Hi. I'm Nicole!
I was born and raised right here in Middle Tennessee, with deep family roots that trace all the way back to Fort Nashboro. As a third-generation graduate of Franklin High, I went on to earn my BFA from SCAD in Savannah, Georgia in 2008, graduating at the top of my class in Historic Architectural Preservation and Photography. After traveling and meeting my husband, I returned home to raise my family and have since dedicated myself to serving the community with kindness and a thoughtful eye for detail.

For over 17 years, I’ve worked professionally as a photographer across a wide range of genres. My journey into real estate photography began during New Orleans’ housing boom in 2014, and it’s remained a focus and passion of mine ever since.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to photograph an incredible variety of properties — partnering with realtors from the Virgin Islands to Louisiana, Washington to Georgia, and across both East and Middle Tennessee. No matter the location, my goal remains the same: to deliver consistent, high-quality imagery that helps homes stand out.

Hi. I'm Royce
Being a dedicated father and husband, to me, is an honor beyond words. Over 13 years ago Nicole and I met in the USVI as residents seeking out an ambitious lifestyle to explore, experience & embrace diverse cultures across the world. We now have an incredible son named Reignen who is approaching 9 years old & we are blessed to have settled down right here in Middle Tennessee, just outside of Nicole's hometown.
In 2010, I completed a US Navy veteran-owned and operated vocational training program in Ballard, WA, for Oil & Gas/Salvage as a Commercial Diver. In turn, I applied those skills to travel/work offshore in the Gulf of Mexico, instructed recreational diving in Maui, HI, repaired yachts, mooring systems & guided watersports in the Caribbean.
Around 2016, we decided to start settling down. I spent several years doing underground-to-surface road construction, such as urban development, wastewater treatment plants, bridges, and ADA-compliant sidewalks. During the pandemic, I was a licensed craftsman. In 2022, we came to Tennessee to build on our vision of being close to family and finally buying our home.
With a servant mindset, I'm enthusiastic about this new chapter. I naturally enjoy the clerical duties, getting to know the needs of different Realtors, and translating that into long-lasting relationships.
